Our Hiring Model

Store Skills

Hands on training in mobile repairs, accessory sales, POS systems, inventory management, and customer service, reflecting real day to day store operations.

Store Rotation

Students participate in structured in store rotations with partner mobile repair shops, gaining real world exposure to daily operations, customer interactions, and workflow expectations.

Assessment

Students are continuously assessed on technical ability, work ethic, reliability, and professionalism to ensure they meet real industry standards.

Placement

Graduates who demonstrate strong performance are recommended to hiring partner stores. Placement is merit based and not guaranteed for all students.
